I have represented and advised players and worked across Europe, North America and South America. The work taught me that talent matters, but so do direction, trustworthy relationships and the environment around a person.

Valeur
Valeur is where I am learning and practising the work of bringing high-quality, grass-fed beef from Paraguay to Canada. It connects questions I care about: what good food does for people, how animals and land are stewarded, how origin and quality are protected, and how a business creates value for the people along the chain. It is practical, demanding work—and an important part of what I am building now.
THE CONTINUING TEST
Does the work solve a real problem, serve people well and have a way to continue?
Business, education and community work each answer that question differently. I have spent much of my career moving between them because each one has something to teach the others.
