My work has crossed business, international football, education and community development. The settings have changed. The part I have loved most has not.
AN EARLY ANSWER
A pattern I recognized early.
When I was younger, I played on a volleyball team. One day our coach asked what moved us and what brought out the best in us.
“I love helping my teammates and the people around me be at their best. That is when I am in my element.”
It was not a strategy for improving my own performance. It was an answer about what I loved doing. Years later, it still describes the thread through much of my work: helping people gain clarity, grow in confidence and become more capable of doing what is in front of them.
SELECTED EXPERIENCE

A few chapters that shape the perspective I share here.

International football
I have represented and advised players and worked across Europe, North America and South America. The work taught me that talent matters, but so do direction, trustworthy relationships and the environment around a person.

Sport and belonging
In Paraguay, I helped build 72 football schools serving around 2,600 children. I later helped lead TeamUp, creating places of belonging through sport for more than 10,000 children in different parts of the world.

Education
I have taught at postgraduate level at a Canadian university and worked with people preparing for responsibility in sport and business. Teaching has continually tested whether an idea is clear enough to become useful.

Building now
Today, I am building Athlos in sports business and a food company bringing high-quality, grass-fed beef from Paraguay to Canada. Both keep me close to real decisions, risk, people and results.

Many of the people I work with are carrying an idea, a business, a team or an important decision. They need to understand what matters now, determine a direction and move from intention into work.
I bring experience from having built, led, taught and learned across different environments. Not a universal formula—practical perspective, careful questions and an honest view of what I would do next.
ABOUT ME
I am a husband and father. Family keeps questions of time, trust, provision, belonging and responsibility close. Their lives will remain private, but what I learn through family naturally shapes how I understand people and work.
I am also a follower of Jesus. His life and words shape how I understand people, work and responsibility. I have seen the fruit in my own life: greater peace, hope and a desire to serve others. I do not need to make every subject about faith, but I also do not want to hide the source of those convictions.
